Book a Call

Here's how customers
will find you.

Getting found isn't luck, and it isn't a black box. It's a system — run on the same data and infrastructure the big agencies use, pointed at your market, and measured down to the dollar. Here's the whole thing, start to finish. Nothing hidden.

This is the long version of the three stages on the marketing overview: the same Prep, Execute and Optimize, with every tool and data source named.

Different businesses get found in different ways. This is the B2C / local-services engine — the one running live today.

"How do I know you'll actually get me customers?"

Fair question — and the honest answer isn't a promise, it's a method. I've studied the big platforms — Google, Meta, LinkedIn — and the truth is the platform is just the delivery truck. The real work is turning hard data into campaigns that convert, picking the right channels for where your buyers actually are, and reading the results like an operator, not a button-pusher. Nothing below is theory — it's the actual machine, and every piece exists to answer that one sentence.

Stage 01

Prep

Know the market first.

Before a dollar moves, I pull the real data on your customers, competitors, and demand.

Stage 02

Execute

Turn data into campaigns.

The platforms where your buyers actually are — and one site built to convert them.

Stage 03

Optimize

Act on real data.

Every click, call, and form tracked — so the budget follows what actually works.

Before I touch your budget,
I know your market.

Every decision downstream — what to bid on, where to compete, which zip codes to weight — is calibrated to your specific market with real data. Not a generic playbook stamped onto your business. Here's where that data comes from, and why each source means you get found.

Output: a plan backed by sources, not gut-feel.

DataForSEO

Live Google rankings, keyword volumes, competitor footprints, backlinks, and AI-search mentions — 30+ data feeds, queried in real time.

The same enterprise data engine sitting behind the SEO dashboards agencies resell at $400–$2,000/mo. I query it directly — same data, no middleman, no markup.

U.S. Census Bureau

Household income, homeownership, age, and languages spoken — down to the individual zip code.

The federal source-of-truth for U.S. demographics. So your budget weights toward the zips that can actually afford you — not spread evenly and wasted.

FRED · BLS · World Bank · OECD · Census (TAM)

Market sizing from the Federal Reserve, Bureau of Labor Statistics, World Bank, OECD, and Census — your real opportunity, in dollars.

The same APIs economists and the Wall Street Journal work from. Your specific market, modeled — not a national average, not a number someone invented.

Google's Keyword Planner

Real monthly search volumes and cost-per-click, straight from Google's own advertising API.

Most agencies quote third-party estimates inferred from clickstream samples. This is Google itself — there is no closer-to-the-source number.

Site Audit Suite

Twelve specialist checks run in parallel — technical, local, schema, speed, content, AI-search — into one scored health report.

Most "audits" sold to local businesses are a $200 PDF checklist filled in by hand. This is a quantified score, benchmarked, every fix prioritized.

Customer Research

Reddit, Yelp, G2, and forum mining for the exact words your buyers use — their real questions, fears, and deal-breakers.

Most agencies write ads from their own heads. Yours come from your actual buyers' language — which is what makes a stranger click and call.

Get found two ways.
Convert in one.

Customers find you two ways — you pay to show up, or you earn it — and they run in parallel: paid traffic the day we launch, earned discovery compounding underneath it. Which platforms carry each is a call made from your data, not a default. Then one job matters more than either: turning those visits into booked calls.

Engine A

Paid — show up now

Buy your way to the top the day we launch — on whichever platform your buyers use.

For high-intent local demand, Google Search and Maps is usually the workhorse — someone typing "bathroom remodel near me" is ready to buy. Paid social (Meta and others, where it fits) layers in for awareness and retargeting. Which platform carries the spend is a call made from your data — built campaign-by-campaign, no template ad groups, no autopilot burning budget.

  • Campaigns built and managed at the API layer — not by hand-clicking dashboards like most agencies
  • Bidding fed with real closed-revenue, not just form-fills, so the algorithm learns from money
  • Local Service Ads — the "Google Guaranteed" badge — where it fits the business
  • A/B-tested ad copy and landing pages, tight targeting, wasted spend cut early

Engine B

Earned — show up free

Earn the top of search — the organic results and the map pack.

Organic rankings and the local map pack are both "the search engine decides who to show." Different signals, same goal: free traffic that compounds month after month instead of stopping the day you pause ads.

Organic

Schema markup, technical SEO, content depth, and programmatic city pages — one page ranking per city you serve, not one page for everywhere.

Local (map pack)

Google Business Profile claimed and optimized, citations built, reviews driven, NAP consistency, geo-grid rank tracking. Most people click the map before anything else.

Engine C

Convert — turn visits into calls

Traffic doesn't pay the bills. Booked jobs do.

Most money is won or lost here, not in the ad account. This is conversion craft — built on a library of CRO patterns and buyer psychology, and read against real industry benchmarks so we know what "good" actually looks like.

  • Conversion-rate patterns + behavioral psychology: the right trust signal, the right ask, in the right place
  • A/B tested to real statistical significance — winners decided by math, not by hunch
  • Modern Astro build — same stack as this page, loads in under two seconds on mobile
  • Forms wired with click-level attribution; analytics live day one (GA4 + Clarity + Umami)

Then I prove it —
and move on real data.

This is the accountability layer — and the answer to "how will I know it's working." Five live data streams give me a constant pulse on what's happening. When the numbers justify a move, I make it — I don't tweak on a schedule and reset the algorithms' learning. Every dollar stays traceable to what it produced.

The engine I'm building next

Right now I review Clarity session replays by hand — I spot a dead-click, fix the UX, and the conversion rate moves. I'm productizing that loop: Clarity → AI synthesis → prioritized fix list. Built once, reused across every site I run. You benefit from it as it rolls out.

The proof is in the tools.

Anyone can promise customers. The difference is what's behind the promise. Most local shops run one or two of these and add their margin on top. I run the whole stack — federal data, the platforms' own APIs, the enterprise SEO engine — directly. Then the part that isn't a tool at all: strategy frameworks, conversion psychology, and a read on the industry studies that tell you what "good" even looks like. Enterprise infrastructure, no middleman, real judgment on top.

The questions you're actually asking.

How are you different from a marketing agency?
No agency layers — you text me, I pick up. I build the campaigns, the site, and the tracking myself. Most local agencies run one or two of these tools and add their margin on top. I run all of them, directly, at the API layer instead of clicking through dashboards.
How much of this is AI versus you?
AI is about speed, not judgment. Instead of hand-clicking through five dashboards, a programmatic layer pulls the data and runs the checks for me — daily or weekly — so I keep a constant pulse on what's working without burning hours in UIs. That mechanical monitoring is what AI handles. The judgment stays with me: what to act on, what to ignore, how to position you, what to tell each platform to optimize toward. AI without judgment just makes the same mistakes faster.
Why should I trust the market numbers you show me?
Because I didn't invent them. They come from the Federal Reserve, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the U.S. Census — the same APIs every serious economic study runs on. Question any number and I'll show you the exact source.
Could my current agency just use these tools?
Mostly not. Google's developer-tier API access is gated and approved case-by-case. The layer that lets these tools work together is new. And the strategy and customer-research depth isn't a tool you buy — it's craft.
What if I want to pause or stop?
Month-to-month. No annual contract, no cancellation penalty. Your Google Ads account stays in your name and your website stays in your repository. Nothing locks you in.
How fast can you actually start?
Day one: analytics wired and the fast technical wins fixed. Week one: campaigns built and conversion tracking validated. Week two to three: ads go live once the tracking is verified clean — never before.

Luis Aviles.
Just me.

Solo builder

No agency layers between you and the work. You text me. I pick up.

Google API developer

Gated developer-tier access to Google's Ads API. I operate at the API layer — faster and more precise than clicking through the dashboard.

Bilingual EN/ES

If your customers speak Spanish, the whole funnel can run in real Spanish — ads, site, follow-up — not machine-translated. Most competitors don't bother.

Operations background

7+ years in operations first: Windstream → LTC Tech → Best Clean Ever → Ineffable Solutions. A systems operator who learned marketing — not a marketer guessing at systems.

I build what I pitch

The campaigns, the site, the tracking, the dashboards. End to end. Nothing handed to a junior you'll never meet.

So — does that answer the question?

If it does, the next conversation is the specifics: your market, your keywords, your budget, your timeline. Thirty minutes.
