Accessibility Statement
Ineffable Solutions is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously improve the experience and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Have Taken
- Semantic HTML with a single
<h1>per page and logical heading hierarchy - Color contrast ratios verified at WCAG AAA level for primary text and accent colors
- All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators
- Screen reader-compatible ARIA labels on navigation, forms, and dialogs
- Responsive design across mobile (375px), tablet (768px), and desktop (1440px+)
- Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion— all animations are disabled or minimized for users who prefer reduced motion - Skip-to-content link available for keyboard and assistive technology users
- Form inputs have associated
<label>elements - Meaningful alt text for all content images
Known Limitations
We are actively working on the following known gaps:
- Intro animation: The 3D/2D intro animation plays on first visit. A clearly labeled "Skip" button is always visible and keyboard-accessible. Reduced motion preference skips the animation entirely.
- Third-party embeds: Calendly (booking) and YouTube (video demos) are third-party tools with their own accessibility implementations.
- New content: Newly published blog posts or case studies may temporarily have accessibility gaps while we review them.
Compatibility
This site is designed to work with:
- Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling
- Operating system accessibility features (high contrast, large text)
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on accessibility barriers. If you encounter an issue that prevents you from accessing content or using a feature, please let us know. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Assessment Approach
Accessibility is self-assessed during development and reviewed when pages are created or significantly updated. We use browser developer tools, manual keyboard testing, and automated checks via Lighthouse and Axe.
This statement was written on 2026-03-05 and will be reviewed and updated as the site evolves.
Building something accessible?
Accessibility is built into every site I deliver. If you need a WCAG-compliant website or have an existing site with accessibility gaps, let's fix it.
