Not Sure What You Need?
Let's Figure It Out Together.
Nine years of operations leadership means I don't just understand the tech — I understand the pain points, the politics, and the real reason things don't get fixed. No commitment. No pitch. Just clarity.
From "I don't know where to start" to a clear path forward
Most operations problems look complicated. They're usually not. Watch the tangle become a decision tree.
Strategy meets execution
Most consultants tell you what's possible. I tell you what's worth doing — and then I can build it.
AI Strategy
Where AI actually adds value in your operations — not where the hype says it should. Practical implementation plans, not slide decks.
Operations Optimization
Find the bottlenecks costing you the most time and money. Redesign workflows so the same team produces more with less friction.
Automation Roadmapping
Prioritized plan for what to automate first, second, and never. ROI-driven sequencing so every dollar spent compounds.
Team Alignment
Translate between technical and non-technical teams. Get everyone building in the same direction — before you invest.
Tool Selection
Cut through the noise. Pick the right platforms, vendors, and integrations based on what your team will actually use.
Process Design
Build processes that survive contact with reality. SOPs, handoff procedures, and accountability structures that stick.
Find yourself here?
"I waste hours on tasks that should take minutes."
- Copy-pasting between systems all day
- Rebuilding the same reports every week
- Manually tracking things that should update themselves
// I identify which tasks to eliminate and build the tools to do it.
"My team's output doesn't match their effort."
- Good people stuck in bad processes
- Visibility gaps between teams
- No way to measure what's actually working
// I redesign workflows so effort translates to results.
"I know tech could help but I don't know where to start."
- Vendors pitch solutions to problems you're not sure you have
- Every team wants different tools
- Past investments haven't delivered promised ROI
// I translate business goals into a tech roadmap that actually delivers.
"I'm running everything and building nothing."
- Trapped in day-to-day operations you built
- Can't step away without things breaking
- Growth means more of your time, not less
// I build the systems that let you work on the business, not in it.
Four steps. No fluff.
Discovery Call
30 minutes. You tell me where it hurts. I ask the questions most consultants don't think to ask.
Assessment
I map your current workflows, data flow, and team structure. Find the gaps between where you are and where you want to be.
Roadmap
Prioritized action plan with clear ROI projections. What to fix first, what to defer, and what to skip entirely.
Build (optional)
If the roadmap calls for custom software, I can build it too. Strategy and execution from the same person — no handoff gaps.
What consulting actually costs

Consulting firm vs in-house vs Ineffable
The difference isn't just price. It's who's actually in the room with you.
Most advisors study operations.
I ran them — and built the systems that fixed them.
I've managed teams, built SOPs, designed compensation structures, handled vendor negotiations, and sat in the meetings where "we should automate that" gets said and never done. The difference? I actually build the thing.
Questions before you reach out
Do I need a big budget to get started?
No. A single strategy session is $150–$300. If that session tells you to invest more, you'll know exactly what you're getting and why. There's no pressure to escalate — I'll tell you honestly if the investment makes sense for your situation.
Is this just advice, or do you actually build things?
Both. I'm a builder first. The roadmap I give you is executable — because I built it knowing I might be the one executing it. When consulting leads to a build, you don't need to find another vendor. The strategy and the software come from the same person.
What industries do you work in?
Operations problems are universal. I've worked in telecom, financial services, facility services, and service businesses. The common thread: people doing manual work that should be automated, or making decisions without real data. Industry knowledge helps, but systems thinking helps more.
How do you handle confidential business information?
I sign NDAs before discovery sessions when requested. Everything discussed stays confidential. I don't share client details, workflows, or data with anyone. You own everything we produce together.
Will you tell me I don't need your help?
Yes, if that's the honest answer. I'll tell you if your current tools are fine, if you just need to train your team better, or if a $50/month tool solves the problem I was about to build for $10K. Trust is the asset — I'd rather lose a sale than give bad advice.
How long is a typical engagement?
A single session is 90 minutes. An audit + roadmap engagement takes 2–3 weeks. Monthly advisory is ongoing — most clients use it for 3–12 months, then scale down when they have internal capacity. It's your timeline, not mine.
Let's Talk About Your Operations
30-minute discovery call. No pitch, no slides — just a conversation about what's costing you the most time and money.
